Default Disneyland belongs to Disney

While it is interesting to make conjecture of what things Disney may bring
to Disneyland, and interesting to fantasize on the prospects of our own
"Imagineering" in the real world, and interesting to appreciate the meaning
and have passionate discourse of the philosophy of Walt Disney, Disneyland
is a Disney Company operation, and deserves the respect of observers in
regards to secret coming attractions.

There are movie critics, and there well should be, but none of them should
give away the ending; no one has any right to do that.

In the recent past I have discussed scuttlebutt concerning coming
Attractions, and what real estate at 1313 Harbor Blvd these shows would take
up. This was entirely unfair of me, and I wish to publicly apologize, and
in the event of any future secret information I might possibly become aware
of, I won't spoil the surprise for you. I wouldn't dream of letting anyone
else open up your present for you, and before its time. And I wouldn't want
you to think you were getting one thing, and then discover it derived into
something else.

Out of respect for the monstrous effort of men and women of the Imagineering
team, we all need to be supportive and appreciative of every aspect that
goes into their work, including the telling of the story, in time, place and
ambient settings of their presentation and choosing. Curiosity that
interferes with the process is exactly like doing our own editing of their
footage.

While our passions can match their passions dream by dream, in all fairness
let it be at least after their exhibit has been made. Imagineers themselves
have disappointments, but they are where they are because of the innate
ability to better, or plus, a colleague's idea that they themselves may not
thoroughly believe in. We can show that same courtesy of a plussing
encouraging hope when plans that seem a little scary to us and seem to
threaten our cherished possessions.

Maybe there COULD be some way to poll the Guests as to what they would like
to see. I don't know if this has ever been done, but until then, let's
stand behind the excruciating efforts of these highly trained professionals.
