It didn't. But it did suggest using one was the recommended
alternative. Where else around there are you going to rent one if not
from the park? ....or what other options should be considered.

You're missing my point. I'm saying that's Disney's generic answer.
That doesn't mean it's the best answer in every case. Also, if you
call any of those places, you'll find that it's not a cheap solution.
In fact it's quite expensive.
