Default parking

There is a small lot back there (the Timon lot) with a tram that takes you
to the east side where the area hotel shuttles drop off guests. If there is
no parking, you end up paying there and driving around to the Mickey and
Friends Parking Structure (the largest parking structure in the Western
Hemisphere and second largest in the world).

Not sure. It might be the other way around where Disney doesn't open it
unless the park will be very busy. Not really sure since I always park in
Mickey and Friends or Downtown Disney if I'm going to be there for 3 hours
or less.
