 Have any former cast members of 'Aladdin' made it big in television or the movies?
We were there on Friday 1/5/07 and saw the show from row 3 of the
Mezzanine, about 1/4 way from the left hand wall. The theater was
packed, but that might be significant because both Disneyland and DCA
were packed.
The usher (I wish I'd caught his name) gave a very good talk right
before the show opened.
He claimed Alladin was consistently one of the highest ranked
shows/attractions at Disneyland/DCA.
He also mentioned several past cast members who went on to other
things including daytime soaps, Broadway and other shows. The
impression I had was that quite a few cast members went on to very
respectable careers but no one made it really big. Unfortunately I was
only half paying attention so don't remember any details other than
one of the girls who played the Magic Carpet joined a big name show.
