Booking the Blue Bayou for New Years

Can I book the Blue Bayou in advance? If so how far in advance would I need
to do it if we wanted to get in on New Years Eve?

DIsneyland only accepts reservations up to 60 days in advance. I'd
recommend doing so exactly 60 days before, that's what I plan on doing.
