Default New Years eve in Disneyland

We are booking a trip to Disneyland from Dec 29th to Jan 7th, which means we
can spend New Years Eve at Disneyland. I looked at the Disneyland web site
but they do not have any event information up on their calendar yet. What
sort of activities/events have gone on on New Years eve in the park in the
past?

Shawna

my only new years eve experience was several years ago, before the
current crowds got so out of hand, and the crowding on that night was
so bad, i feared for my life. if you must go, stay far away from the
rivers of america/adventureland corridor, which was literally human
gridlock. other areas may be as bad, but i wouldnt know. if it rains
that day, then sure, give it a try, personally i'll never do new years
eve at the park again.
