Hotel review?

Has anyone stayed at the Clarion Hotel Anaheim Resort? I've booked
there for 4 nights coming up next month, and I'm wondering what to
expect. I've read really mixed reviews on other sites (expedia,
tripadvisor). It doesn't seem to be walking distance to the park
(especially with our 5 year old and 3 year old in tow). Is there a
park shuttle to/from?

FYI, we like to stay at the Candy Cane Inn, but I had credit card
points to stay at the Clarion. Otherwise, it's CCI all the way!

Ok I was just at Disneyland with a 3 and a 5 year old and it was my first
time not being within walking distance. The shuttle was on time but came
every 20 minutes, sounds like no big deal until you are waiting at the
shuttle line with two cranky kids. Does another Hotel offer miles? Maybe
one of the Clarions sister hotels? After staying close by and after staying
at a shuttle hotel, they advantages of walking distance are so worth it.
All 3 Disney hotels are very nice, but the hotel Annabelle is across the
street and its nice and cheaper as well.
