Default "Toy Story" characters in Disneyland?

I believe Disney World has a special area for Toy Story characters,
but what about Disneyland? Any chance of seeing Mr. or Mrs. Potato
Head?

Disney should put them by the McDonalds Fry Cart by Big Thunder.
