 Howard Johnsons Hotel is it any good.
I stayed at the Howard Johnson Hotel in June 1998. I had a really nice room
that had theme park view of the Matterhorn. It has a nice pool, small
whirlpool/jacuzzi, and lush landscaping. Of course the plants might be
usual for SoCal (I'm from the Midwest). My room was clean and roomy with a
small balcony. The staff was very friendly to me and there were tour buses
that pick me up at the hotel when I went to other tourist attractions. I
thought it was a short walk to DL, even though there was a bus that could
take you there and back. I stop every morning at McDonalds for breakfast on
my way to the park. There were also two restuarants close by either on the
edge of the parking lot. I hope this helps.
