Neither is Finding Nemo, but Disney is in the process of turning the subs
into a Finding Nemo ride.
Fantasyland might be a good place for a Fantasia ride, but this would be a
high speed rollercoaster. I just don't think these kind of rides would be
appropriate for Fantasyland.
Where would you put it?

How about a wild mouse with cars that can spin in circles like the tea cups?
The actual spinning would be under computer control based on joystick
movements. The track would have branches, and no two cars would take the
same route. Some cars might be in the ride longer than others. Get a high
enough score and extend the game play. Defeat the MCP (almost impossible)
and go home with a really cool prize. A DVD of your experience could be
purchased at the end of the ride/game.
Do you remeber the scene near the end of the Black Hole where the main
characters are traveling from one end of the ship to the other via some kind
of transit system while the ship is losing gravity and oxygen? I'd love to
see a ride based on this culminating with the plunge into the black hole.
This ride could be another coaster, except the cars would be smaller,
perhaps only seating three so that everyone gets a front seat view of the
extensive video and animatronics in the ride. This could be Disney's best
ride ever.
No update to Tomorrowland would be complete without a new People Mover. The
People Mover was a great way to relax and kill 15 minutes. Bring it back,
this time with nice upholstered seats, A/C and a top notch soound system.
A return of the sky buckets would be nice too, except that this time the
ride would be fully ADA compliant. |
