Hey, It could be worse. You could spend your vacation at Great America,
or Marine World where they don't even bother to paint over the parking
stall strips when they extended the coasters out into the parking lot.
Talk about theming!

i went to disneyland a few years ago on a new years eve.. the crowding
was so bad, so out of control, that i literally feared for the safety
of myself and my family.

A business should not be allowed to sell more product than it has to
deliver. When it is so packed, 2 hour+ waits, no room to see any shows
etc. then they are selling more than they have available. Furthermore
is is a serious hazard if an emergency should arise in the park.

Some people love being elbow to elbow in massive crowds waiting 2 to 3
hours for a 5 minute ride or for a show. I don't and won't pay my money
for that 'pleasure'.

Thats exactly the way i used to feel when i went to Disneyland. But I
have eyes and ears and sensory perception, and i cannot ignore the
changes that have taken place over the past few years. I'd like to feel
that way again, but without a serious change in leadership's ideas and
execution, it won't happen.

Actually, before the 50th Anniversary celebration began, a cast member
informed me that Mr. Lincoln would be returning after the celebration,
so I expect to see him returned sometime next year.
