Default Weather Question

Hi Friends,
I'm heading down to see the mouse in one week, and the weather reports
for this week are, shall I say, less than perfect. Funny thing is, I
can't seem to find out why. Ike is gone; and there don't seem to be a
lot of fronts heading that way. It appears to be a daily pattern of
20-30% chance of rain. Is this the old "short shower every afternoon"
pattern I used to hear about (but have never experienced) or am I
missing something?

Default Weather Question

I'm going on Thursday - Friday. Thunderstorms in the forecast.
Hopefully they're not too bad; hopefully it keeps the crowds away.

BTW, I haven't been to DW in more than 30 years. I've been to DL
Anaheim/Tokyo many times in recent years though.

The weather is what the weather is. Considering that you're going at the
height of hurricane season, but glad that the weather forecast isn't
worse. I am sure the people in Houston would love to trade their weather
with the people in Orlando now.

"A bad day at Walt Disney World is still better than a normal day
anywhere else"

Seriously, rain is not a problem at WDW. The vast majority of the
attractions are inside and will not close down because it's raining.
Even some of the outdoor and partially outdoor attractions (Splash
Mtn, BTMRR, for example) will keep going unless it starts
lightening. The only real victms of rain are the parades and
fireworks.

And of course, everyone who *doesn't* realize this goes back to their
hotel room when the rain starts, leaving you with much shorter waits
for everything.
