It sounds like the best choice, without car, is to walk over to the Team
Disney building from PI and use the ATM there. It's a reasonably short walk.
As I remember, the ATM is drive up only but that doesn't seem to stop
walk-ups these days. And while you are there, if it is in the daytime, stop
in at the Team Disney building proper and see the world's most-Disney-like
sundial. (I assume non-CMs are still allowed in ??).
