Default weather and crowds in February

Can anyone tell me what the weather and crowds are like in February?
We've gone the last week in Jan. the last couple of years and were
surprised by the crowd level (i.e., more than expected and a lot more
foreign groups than expected) The weather was also very cool but
warming up the day we left as the year moved into February. We're
looking at the week following President's Day week this year.

Thanks.
Garland

Default weather and crowds in February

Was down there a couple of years ago after Presidents week. Weather was ok.
Rained once while we were in the parks so just went and bought a souvenir
jacket in one of the shops. Wore shorts mostly, got a little cooler in the
evenings. Used the pool a couple of times but weather wasn't hot enough to
want to dive in every day, even though we're from Canada. Was not very
crowded . Less than 15 minute wait on most rides except Soaring and Everest.
Go early for those or use Fastpass. Next time I go I will probabley pick
the same week. No crowds and weather a lot nicer than where we are.
