Default AP rates are out

On Mousesavers, it says that AP rates have been released for September
through December. There are blackout dates including Thanksgiving and
the beginning of December which probably coincides with the Pop Warner
Superbowl. I'm on hold with Disney right now to find out what the
rates are for the various resorts. Not that I have a trip planned but
inquiring minds want to know!!!

We use an allears recommended TA and she called yesterday. Got us Standard
View at Boardwalk Inn for about 600 bucks less than the one bedroom
villa we booked
so I was very happy. And it's over food and wine too. Lisa

So Steve, when are you going? I don't really think I'll get there
this year at all to be honest. My first grandchild is due Christmas
Eve so my annual December trip is out. Unless I go solo, I don't see
it happening this year. Oh and of course unless I have a very good
night at Racino!

Late October - for F&W. The trip is still tentative pending how my
Dad's doing but we're optimistic. I haven't had a real day off since
January so I really need this vacation.

Patty? A tip. STAY AWAY FROM THE RACINO! I should say stay away from
slot machines altogether but the Racino is much worse than the worst
paying machines anywhere else. They don't call it a tax on the
mathematically impaired for nothing.

Not the dominoes--Never could understand that. 0_o??

5+2 card Pai-Gow Poker, OTOH...Ah, Poker BJ-style, one-on-one against
the dealer, none of that testosterone "psych-out bluffing" malarkey.

That's always a good time to go to WDW. I would love to go for the
F&W. My mother has been in the hospital twice since her surgery for
two weeks each time. I'm burning out, man. I'm an only child so her
care is all on me. It's starting to get tired. So to be very
selfish, I would love to be going away.

I know, I know about racino. But I'm hooked! I won the first few
times I went and now I'm addicted. My husband goes very infrequently
and wins every damn time he goes! I've heard how racino is totally
predetermined unlike the machines at Atlantic City and Vegas. AND I
only play the penny machines.

Racino is our "casino" that only has the video terminals. No tables
for cards or anything else. It's at the race track so it's a total
racket!

It sure is! $500 for an annual pass! I think they're trying to get
everyone to buy into DVC! Or move to Florida!

Joe, you quoted a rate at AKL for $159 - what kind of discount is
that?
