Default Help with dining

Booked our trip for the end of October and got the dining plan with it
(just the wife and I). Need help selecting places to eat to make
reservations for...any advice would be helpful as we've never been
before....also trying to get our money's worth for the 39.99 each
(second guessing myself for getting the dining plan but what the
heck). We're basically seafood/steak type people...no sushi or indian
food. Our schedule is below...we're staying at Disney's Port Orleans
if that matters.

Sunday - Magic Kingdom - figured we'd make reservations for Tony's
Town Sq. Restaurant
Monday - Animal Kingdom
Tues - Epcot - already tried for Le Cellier but they had no openings
:-(
Wed. - Hollywood Studios

Thurs - Friday we'll be at universal and sea world so we'll wing
those.

Thanks for the recommendations...how does this sound?

Sun - flying in this day around 2pm and only going to the Not So Scary
Halloween Party...so maybe we'll hit Boatwright's that night before we
leave for the park.
Mon - Will be in Animal Kingdom so were thinking of Jiko's (I read the
old Le Cellier chef is there?). I looked at the Tusker House menu and
it really didn't do much for me.
Tues - Will be in Epcot so Chefs De France
Wed - Will be in Hollywood Studios so 50's Prime Time Cafe

The other two days we'll be at a different hotel and we don't have
dining tickets for those days so they'll just be play it by ear meals.

I have to say... booking this trip was the most complicated trip I've
booked in a while...park tickets, park hop tickets, dining plan,
dining plan deluxe, Magic hours, wanting to go to Universal and Sea
World, making dining reservations 3 months in advance and still
finding trouble getting a table...etc. Hope it's all worth it!

No...we weren't renting a car until Thurs. morning when we leave to go
to the other hotel. I figured there were trams or buses from parks to
the hotels...is this not the case?

We were planning on Downtown Disney after eating that day since the
park closes at 5pm. Awesome....thanks!

Or braise it, which is what you're supposed to do with a lean or tough
cut of meat.
