Default DDE still accepted for AK counter service?

The forced gratuity actually saves me a bit too. Before, I was adding
the 20% back in and rounding it up to the next dollar for a tip. Now,
they will get their 18% period.

I was surprised that Yak & Yeti does not accept DDE (and equally
shocked that Pizzafari still did accept it as of late July 2008).
