What's going on here?

I just responded to a post and realized that it and every other
message I'm seeing was posted in July 2000. What's going on? Is it
me or is something seriously wrong with RADP?

Thank God! I was beginning to feel like the only person who saw a UFO
or something! I'm here but I didn't get here the normal way. Maybe
it really was UFO and I was abducted. They weren't sure where to
bring me back so they plopped me in July 2000. Yeah, that's the
ticket.
