They wanted to know much it would cost to rent out a WDW park for a month.
I have heard of corp. events renting a park for the evening.

2 years ago when I was planning a wedding at Disney World, they told
us that Magic Kingdom didn't do "Buy outs" any more for weddings. So
you can only get married in front of the castle now before the park
opens or after it closes.

I asked about buy-outs in general and apparently Disney has some list
of approved companies that can do it now for corporate parties and
such. But they are trying to discourage places from using MK for
private parties and stuff. I guess Disney makes more off the park
being open now than they do off the private parties.
