Default Alamo at MCO, never again

I used Alamo for my honeymoon and it was an ok experience. They didn't
have the car we reserved so they offered us a full size van, or we
could wait 90 minutes and they would have a car. We went with the van
and it worked out great. It seems like most rentals are white and when
you see a sea of white vehicles in the parking lot it's much easier to
see a van since it's taller. The real bonus though was when we decided
to do a water ride 10 to 12 times (lost count at some point... lol)
because hey, it's Florida and it must be 90 even though it's
November... but then of course the clouds came in and the wind picked
up and suddenly it wasn't so warm. The van provided a great place to
change clothes. The service at the Alamo counter was rather slow even
though we were the only ones there but they didn't try to upsell us on
anything.

We are interested in the Emerald Aisle service at MCO - do they
usually have a nice selection of larger cars and SUVs available
(larger than the intermediate that is required to reserve to use the
Aisle)?

We have always rented from Dollar and had good luck. We book right
through the Southwest website because they have great specials. We
had a 7-passenger van in April for 9 days for $242. Not crazy about
the service in the garage where you go to get the keys but the cars
have always been good and drop-off has always been a breeze with no
hassle.
