Default Disney Dining Experience_had a good time

I bought a Disney Dining Experience card wondering if I did the right
thing. Since I would be going in January, February, and November of
2007, I figured I would at least get my money back.
As it turns out, it was an excellent choice. We went to the Rose &
Crown (superb service - didn't care for the beef stew), Bomas (great
service and great food), Restaurant Marrakesh (good service - didn't
have tabbouleh; coudn't get tabbouleh from next door so I ordered the
appetizer plate which was very good), Tusker House Restaurant
(horrible service waited a very, very long time as this was a counter
service place-ordered the 1/2 Rotisserie Chicken which was excellent)
and Hollywood & Vine (good service and the food was even better than
it was the last time plus we got the Fantasmic! Dinner Package
ticket).

We had a good time at all of these places and I probably already have
my money back. Other than the Tusker House, we had no problems at all
of getting a reservation at any of these dining places. We even got
ressies on the same day we called for some of them.

Now I have the task of picking out some new dining places for my
February and November trip. Choices, Choices, Choices!

I was glad to hear something GOOD about the Dining Plan...at last! We
are going in April, and will be working on choices for reservations.
Thanks for your post.

Yeah I debated about getting the Disney Dining Experience card for my
last trip back in October--well It was a good choice for us--the
discount pretty much came out that the kids meals were free.
