Default Disney Planning

We are planning a trip to Orlando later this year, dates are flexible
and have 2 questions:

What time period are there less crowds?
We were there in 1996 and again in 2005, both times the week prior to
the Thanksgiving break the the crowds were light. Would like to know
if there are other times of the year with the same.

Also,
Is there any un-official Disney book, video, e-book, or otherwise,
with tips on saving money. I came across this one site with an e-book
called "Ultimate Disney World Savings Guide e-Book" by a woman who
claims to be an ex-employee of Disney, Beth Haworth. The e-book is
$19.95 but we were wondering if anyone had used her tips or others.

Thanks

If this is the book I'm thinking of, the information in it isn't anything
that one cannot find from the folks here on the newsgroup.

The gold standard for WDW money-saving information stores is
mousesavers.com.

I bought it to see what it was like. It contained no information that
you can't get on allears or wdwinfo. Save your money

Big fan of Sept for vacations across the board... since everyone is wrapped
up in back to school, ya get the best travel deals, and the least crowds.
