Length of Stay ECV Rental

I read in the Passporter's Guide for Special Needs that there is a length
of stay for ECVs. You pay for multiple days & get a 10% discount, then you
show your receipt when you get an ECV <<<<


I have never used the length of stay for ECV's, but have used WDW's ECV's.
If you rent one at MK and want to go to MGM, you leave the one at MK
and......IF THEY HAVE ONE AVAILABLE at MGM........you can use it.
I don't see how they would be able to guarantee there will be an ECV where
ever you go.

I couldn't see how there could be a LOS rental.
To guarantee you a ECV, WDW would have to have a ECV with your name on it,
setting at all 4 parks the whole time you were there.
