Yes, passport photos are in color. However, your proud ownership aside <g>,
its still generally quicker and more accessible to find a b&w copier to
use -- I'm guessing that's what Randy was thinking.
Whether the copy is b& w or color really doesn't change the fact that it is
still just a copy, and it will be up to the CM in charge at the time to
decide what he/she will accept or not accept. That being said, I concur
with Randy's advice. During our trip in September, we were asked for id
once in 4 days, but it was still needed that one time.
