the busses at WDW.
A few years back, a Disney cast member told me that they had researched
a sort of travel-tube system... with individual cars on tracks that
would carry a family or small group. There would be one GIANT parking
area for the entire resort and you would get into the little cars and
be whisked off to your destination. "The Incredibles" had something
like what I pictured. What i was told at the time was that the idea
was thrown out because they already had too much invested in the
current transportation system.
It sounds like a cool idea, although insanely expensive (and yes, I
realize things that you hear from cast members should be taken with a
grain of salt).
Any other ideas on how to get rid of the horrible busses? | |

I say get rid of the CM's who come up with the loopy rumors.

How do you know it was a loopy rumor. Maybe they were going to convert
that Svedish trash system into a multi-purpose operation.
