Default Disney Dumps Elton John project

Interesting little piece of news. So it seems that John Lasseter and Ed
Catmull are weeding out the Disney's animation garden. After the demise
of "Circle 7 Animation", here's another project that's sidetracked to
the back seats.

Looks like someone is making a lot of space on Disney's animators desks.
Can you smell a big project comming in?

(Eerie and sinister music went on)

Shaking like a leaf, one of the member of the late "Circle 7" raise his
hand.

-Yes?, answer John Lasseter

-I know but I am afraid to tell...

-Spit it. I want to know why Disney Studios are thinking of producing
such pieces of .

-I can't! They will get me!!

-Come-on man! Grow a spine and tell us Why suck lousy ideas are there!

- IT'S THE BEAN-COUNTERS!!! THEY MAKE US DO IT!!!

(Screams in the backround and people fainting, hitting the floor)

-Well... Looks like we came in just in time.

Actually, as Animation Guild.org tells it:
>>

A well-known Pixar executive asked last week at a meeting: "Why are
we making this?"

After a long silence (SFX: crickets), the exec said "Well, we're not."

my mouth.
