Figures for Cinderella Castle

I am wondering if any of you have some ideas of where I could buy some
figures (3 inches or smaller) to place in front of my Cinderella
Castle. I am looking for any type of Disney theme characters such as
Cinderella, Mickey Mouse & the gang, etc.

Disney Store. They have boxed sets of little figurines. I remember
princesses, Nemo, and Toy Story. I'm sure there were others I don't
remember.
