No, they stop at a bunch of other resorts, so you actually get to the
airport around 4:30 or 5:00.

Default Disney's Magical Express flyer

No, on this particular morning, we (us and the other family) were the
only ones riding. So there were no other resort stops. We arrived at
the airport at 4am and waited for 50 minutes before the Southwest
counter opened.
I guess that the # of stops for passengers would vary from day to day
though.
