MNSSHP...Fri. 10/1 or Sun. 10/3?

Which would you suggest attending? My initial instincts said sunday as
it is a school nite and it may keep the kiddies home or at least home
early. However I have read that firday is a slower day at the park and
sunday is busy.... any suggestions?

I was asking myself this very same question a few months back when I was
debating between the 2 dates. I opted for 10/3 instead of 10/8 because I
anticipated Friday to be a busier night since locals that would like to attend
most likely wouldn't have to work the following day.

On the bright side, if it's packed with people... a bad day of vacation is
still better than the best day of work.

I chose Oct 3rd because it was a Sunday. We too had the choice of Sunday or
Friday. I have been to MNSSHP on a Thursday and Sunday before and Sunday was
much less crowded then Thursday even.
