That is not even remotely true LEGALLY, and you know it. Besides I
am not sure what one has to do with the other. | |

Not only have I seen it on several TV news reports, but the T/As on this
very newsgroup have repeatedly mentioned it.
Anyone traveling to any foreign destination should have the sense to check
what the requirements are to where ever they are going. It's called common
sense.

Who said anything about legally!
If terrorist want in... they don't need to do it legally!!!!
SIMPLE... if they want in... there's ways to get in.
And making US citizens get passports to visit the Caribbean is NOT going to
stop terrorists from getting it.
It's just busting our chops. Like not letting us take bottles of water on
planes.

Have you seen anything in newspapers or television about this change.
I read at least 4 papers a day and watch TV constantly (particularly
the news channels) and have heard nothing.

You understand what I'm saying don't you? This change has simply not
been very well covered. I have been telling everyone about it and
have yet to come across another person that knew about it.

Is this going over your head? People traveling from the USA to These
destinations have been doing so forever without passports. They don't
have the expectation that this has changed.

Nope, it's going over your head! Anyone who travels should be more informed
by doing some research about where they are going and the requirements to go
there. The news media have covered it many times as well as the T/As that
post here. I think those T/As who do not post here, surely have told their
clients of the new regulations or they would be doing them a serious
disservice

Only with your tunnel vision way of thinking...You seem to resent any laws
or restrictions..Even if they were for your own good.
I don't intend to communicate with you any further on this..It's like
talking to a brick wall..
Bye!

You don't use a T/A to drive to Niagara Falls.

| | Guest | Lnes Concerned About Passport Requirements! If they can forge driver's license's, etc, they will have no qualms about
forging a pass port. I doubt if we will ever be able to
keep out the unwanted.
