Default Onboard Programs

On our recent cruise abroad a Princess ship we were disappointed to find
that the Cruisercise program had been discontinued a number of years ago.
There was practically no participation in any of the activities such as
walking a mile, morning stretch & aerobics as there had been in the past.
Even things like ping pong & shuffleboard (a real joke as the courts are now
set at about 30 feet apart) were not utilized. The biggest activity was
sitting by the pool reading & waiting for the next meal. Does RCI still
have their organized programs (Shipshape)? What about Celebrity & NCL with
their programs? We sort of miss the crowd getting involved.

RCI still has the Shipshare programs. When I was on the Navigator OTS,
they have morning stretch around 7:30 or 8, and walk a mile at 8:30
every day except day of disembarkation. There are other activites but I
did not participate.
