Rosaly is a different person. I'm Rosalie. If I wanted to dive
(which I do and have done in both places) I wouldn't go on a cruise
ship. It's too rushed and you have no chance of seeing the more
remote sites.

In any case, just because Wilma is there now and Dream has to be
rescheduled, that doesn't mean that you might not be able to dive at
the alternate ports, or that you can't do the cruise again. Although
next time, if I were you, I wouldn't schedule it between August and
November.

Sorry about that, but I do happen to have a dear friend who spells her name,
Rosaly!
At least they are pronounced the same! ;-)

Sorry, that's the way we wanted it this time..we've done it both ways.

It just happens that our son was going to come with us and was looking
forward to both those sites where he had dived before. And that is the only
time he was able to take the time off from his research studies.

Rosalie, this would have been our 32nd cruise, so we are not novices and we
have cruised in the Caribbean many times before during that time span with
no problems..Just happens that 2005 has been unusually bombarded with
hurricanes...

I hope they are wrong but has been predicted that 2005 could be the
usual for the next twenty years. There is a record of hurricane cycles
with periods of ups and downs. It probably be wise to aviod the
hurricane season even more next year. Here it is end of October and a
major hurricane is in the western Caribbean, and Tropical Depression #
25 has formed in the eastern Caribbean!!!
