| | Guest | Benefits to being a past Carnival cruiser? Does anybody what the benefits are to having cruised with Carnival in
the past?
I cruised in March of this year and we are going again in August.
When i went to do the "funpass quick check-in" online it had no record
of me.
I called the reccomended number and was told that i wouldnt be in the
records till 6 months after the March cruise. i actually had to lie
online so i could get through check-in. HUH?
What am i going to lose out on because Carnivals system is backwards? | |

NONE. Don't worry about it. I'm a Carnival stockholder and I get
shipboard credit, but it doesn't matter how many previous cruises I
have. Sometimes they send past passengers upgrade offers. That's it.
The only line that really has perks is Princess.

Carnival isn't the best cruise line for past passenger perks.
I have been on a few sailings with Carnival.
I get an offer of a discounted sailing now and then.
Normally, the group discounts that some travel agents offer are better
deals then the discounted sailings for past passengers.
(Actually, this goes for most lines.)
On a cruise over, I am thinking it is 5 days, but it may be 7 days you
are invited to an extra cocktail party.
That really is about it.
