Speaking of which, most americans wouldn't realise there are more
cuban doctors working in africa and developing countries than
american ones, or from pretty much any other country. As well,
they sponsor medical school positions for a whole gamut of
foreign countries, especially from other caribbean islands.

They do put a tiny 1cm square stamp, hardly visible, on something

I've really enjoyed Hurricanos, available in a fairly large range of
sizes (although my size preference is the Robusto). They are very
well-made, and actually reasonably-priced.
