Carnival Legend Southern Carribean cruise February 2005

We're booked on the Carnival Legend cruise out of Port Everglades on
February 23rd, to St. Maarten, Barbados and Martinique. We're having a
really hard time deciding on shore excursions, but generally feel that
we should book them online before departure so that (1) we're not stuck
in line on the ship trying to book, and (2) we're ensured a spot on
those excursions that have limited capacity (i.e. boat excursions).

Any recommendations? Look forward to your replies.
