Mississippi River Closed?

I understand there are two cruise ships out of port and one in port that
are stuck because of a supply boat collison and sinking thus blocking
the river. I would like to know more about this.

Hi Ray,

When was the Norwegian Dream allowed to leave? My information was from
the captain of the Rhapsody.
