That's what I use. They work good. I use them for undies, socks, pj's,
bathing suits and anything that I don't care if it wrinkles. Saves you a ton
of room. Great for the dirty clothes too. They always seem to take up more
space going home than they did coming.

I learned something the hard way. Never unzip the expansion zippers on luggage
at the beginning of your trip. I guarantee your suitcase will not close on the
way home :)

Just be careful! We tend to over pack and it cost us $25 because our
bags were too heavy!

Don't pack film. Have it in your carryon in a baggie. The exray for checked
luggage is stronger and will damage film.

My locks were cut off, only one re-sealed, the camera which was stolen
was in the other one. Careful what/how you pack.

Candy <-- thanks the insurance company for the nice check.

>i take ours in a separate carryon with the original bottles etc

I always take ours in the little plastic type dispenser with the daily
compartments. Always in our carry on too. I've heard that you should take
original bottles. My husband has several meds that he takes and I have a few
too. If I take all the bottles I'll need a seperate bag just for them!

If you check with your pharmacy you may be able to get small prescription
bottles for the trip. Ours is great about this. That way you don't have to
take your big 1 or 3 month supply, just enough for the cruise.
