Hi

Im currently studying for my A Level travel and tourism and i need to
find out what clients think makes a good company representative in the
travel industry. So if you have any ideas, views or opinions that will
be great.

As others have said, follow up on the details. For example: just because the
cruise line forwards all the travel documents to you to pass on to your client
do not assume that all is in order, review them before passing them on. I have
had situation where change in itinerary was made, no problem for me, but agent
never noticed or bothered to call as well as missing passenger information such
as past passenger ID number.
