| | Guest | Silversea Doesn't ANYBODY go on Silversea ?? Would rather save up money and sail them
than go on one of those humungous ships with thousands of people !! Open
seating in dining room (any time), tips iincluded, all open bars with
set-ups in your suite---replenished when needed. 300 to 400 passengers.
Great, friendly crew. You're missing something.

Eventually I would like to sail with Silversea. But right now, I am more
into quantity rather than quality so-to-speak.

Some of us are leaning in that direction.
You're right, of course. You do get what you pay for. | |

| | Guest | Silversea Most of us aren't as "well-off" as those rich folk in Lakewood! Besides I
would rather go on 3 cruises, tip the waiters and pay $4.00 for each
cocktail instead of $35 per cocktail at the open bar included price.

| | Guest | Silversea If you do a little research, you'll find that Silversea isn't all that
expensive. Do some comparing with all the "extras" that Princess charges
for. Besides that , you have LOTS of money !!

| | Guest | Silversea Lee, what's the rough cost of a Silversea cruise? (I know that's a very
nebulous question depending on when, where and for how long, but take a shot
please, just for comparison sake.) Thanks.

| | Guest | Silversea I have avoided Silversea because of their free booze program. Obviously, I
could be completely wrong, but I really do not like being around drunks and
the free booze might encourage too much imbibing by some. Well-to-do drunks
are no more fun than poor drunks. <grin> Everything else about the line
seems perfect for us - lately we have been sailing on Crystal..
Open seating or lack thereof doesn't make much difference to us.
