Both are nice but I prefer Sapphire Beach to Magens Bay. It is less
crowded and "cozy". Also there is decent, if not great snorkeling at
Sapphire. If you want some really spectacular beaches take the ferry to
St. John.

Trunk Bay? Been there years ago. Yes, really very nice.

| | Guest | Best Beach(es) on St Thomas? Sapphire beach is nice, in most cases less crowded than the others, head
down to the left, some nice coral formations and plenty of fish

felt no need to go to any other. A small beach, about an 8 buck taxi (van) ride from the
pier, and idyllic. All the white sand, water and sun that could be expected, and
inexpensive umbrella and chair rentals, bathhouse, and libations served at your beach
chair. All was good, and inexpensive. Needless to say, reccommended.

| | Guest | Best Beach(es) on St Thomas? We went to Coki beach our first time to St. Thomas.
The second time we went to Trunk Bay on St. John.
Since then... we've gone to back to Trunk Bay 7 additional times. We've
never had any interest in going back to Coki Beach again.
I would rate Coki beach a 2-3 on a 1-10 scale and I'd give Trunk Bay a 10.
Granted... it's a lot of effort to get to Trunk Bay. But to me it's worth
the effort. In fact, I intentionally book itineraries that go to St. Thomas
over others, so that we can visit Trunk Bay.
