Woman dies in cave tubing excursion in Belize

I am not at all surprised. In Dec 2006 I was on an NCL cruise to Belize. A
family that went on the cave tubing trip (although not with
a ships excursion) came back with an 8-year old girl almost drowned when she
was flipped out of the raft and caught under
a rock. Her father dove in and heroically saved her life, getting in the
process a gash on the head which required 12 stiches.
A guide who jumped in to help was also injured. A guest in the next raft
suffered a broken arm
I have since warned anyone who asked not to do this trip.
The river that day was also running high and fast.

Or swimming? Also, I will admit that I am not an expert on them,
but since when has ziplining been an underwater activity?
