Default New Orleans port

Hi. I'm going on Carnival Conquest on Nov. 30 out of New Orleans. I'll
be driving in, and I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on
parking. I've heard the actual port parking is a nightmare, but does
anyone know of any off-site parking that's nearby, cost-effective and
convenient? Whatever help any of you might have would be appreciated.

Thanks.

Parking at the Port of New Orleans is very limited and is $12 per day, so
you are looking at $84 for the week. The Fulton Street covered parking area
costs the same.

I just returned from 7 days on the Conquest, and I can tell you this for
sure- you will have the time of your life. It is fantastic!

did you get off on sunday? if so, we were on the same cruise!

it was great. food was excellent, service was good. ship was tough to find
your way around but wasn't as loud and garish as other carnival ships.

loved being in NOLA for the extra day, weather was perfect all week

I have it in my mind, but right now I'm fried. lots to catch up on, work,
home and my mom was hurt while we were gone so I've got family stuff to deal
with.

Hopefully by the end of the week!

it was a great trip though.

Whenever you have the time, no rush.

I hope all is ok with your Mom, I remember she had just had surgery
before our Zenith cruise.
