Default Employment Advice

Hi There,

Me and my partner, both 20, are interested in working on a cruise
ship. However, we don't know much about the process. Can anybody
reccommend any of the best agencies to contact? We would obviously
like to work on the same ship - is this possible?

Any information would be most welcome,

Kind Regards,

Matt Shephardson

All depends on what you are looking to do. Not a lot of Americans
working on cruise ships because of the pay and work conditions. You
have to work your off and most Americans aren't into that. The
Fair Labor Standards Act definitely does not apply.

You can check the major lines web sites for open positions and
application instructions.

I was watching Jamie's Kitchen on the food network last week and it seems
the kids in England weren't into hard work either. Kids will be kids I
guess.

Scott... Thanks so much for submitting your web site relative to
employment on the High Seas! I down loaded it and found it very
interesting indeed.

We have another member of this forum that use to do music gigs ( I
have forgotten his "call") that also was very helpfull... lending
insight such as yourself to what this type of employment may be
like... as well as the appropriate contacts.

Once again... thanks for taking the time to contribute!
