I'm anxious to hear about your experiences the second time around. Like
you, the Zuiderdam (which I cruised on last January) was not one of my
favorite ships.
Some things, like food and service, can certainly be fixed.
Others, like no no sauna or steamroom in the mens locker area and long
corridors all over the place cannot be fixed very easily.
The Zuiderdam and Oosterdam are currently in our consideration set for
January, so I would really like to get your impressions after your next
cruise.

Im hoping servicein Dining room has improved. Long corridors? Perhaps
our location will make it easier for me to get around. I hated the
layout of the ship
SUNNY<..........booked so late couldnt get a good location except on
this ship

Leaving on a Tuesday? I did not think they left in the middle of the
week.
I would be nterested to know if
expresso/cappucino is still on the dinner menu
SUNNY<........wishes you calm seas and gentle breezes. Bon voyage

Sunny, We've had our documents for the Maasdam for a couple of weeks and
haven't had time to look through them yet. We don't cruise until Nov 16th, and
have a few other things to keep us busy until then.

past two years. And you're going again for the month of January!

And it's been too long since we've cruised with you and Bill!

| | Guest | Documents Well, Sunny... the corridor problem can't easily be fixed, but maybe the
elevator locations will suit you better than those on the Brilliance. I
usually figure out the ship's layout by Wednesday, but on the Zui, I'd still
be lost today!
As for dining, we were not impressed with service in the dining room. The
Lido, however, was terrific! If you encounter Imam at the head of one of
the bistro lines, he will remember your name (and hundreds of others that
pass his way) for the whole cruise! He's the only other server we tipped
because he always made us smile.
Have a wonderful cruise.
Candy <-- almost booked a balcony guarantee for 11/22, but the airfare would
have been more than the cruise!

You seem to be having a real problem with this baby. Let's discuss this
over dinner tonight.
