I dunno, the from the pictures some of the inside appeared to be cold
rather than cool.

I think it is ultra modern on the inside and some people like that and
others don't. I also think it will look much better in real life then it
looks in drawings.

The inside is what counts, together with ease and speed of getting on
and off. IMHO, the ship looks like it's a few decks too tall, but then
what do I know? I drive a minivan.

I agree Charles, the inside of this ship looks Cold to me, Something
to SEE but I do not belive this will be my fave ship at all, built for
the Spa Folk.
A Odd ship.... But we will soon know when folks come back!

Sue, the Grand Princess grew on me too, I think she is a beautiful ship.

I agree Becca... This is very odd shaped and very "City Like" But its
what is on the inside that counts!
I do like that little town was it Pappenburg at the end of the slide
show Beautiful!
= = = =
This time I did not make photos of the centre of Papenburg.
The last pictures in the slide show are made in Leer, just north of
Papenburg.

It really looked top heavy. . . Posiedon-like.
Let's hope that the good folk building it factor in a lot of ballast and
that the ship doesn't encounter a cross wind or hit a big wave sideways.
<grin>
Seriously- ship design does include a "point of no return" for list, as
I recall. Does anyone know what this would be for a modern passenger
ship and what it is for this?

Not a problem ... After watching the movie ... the sequel and a
remake ... we all know what to do in that case ...

I agree, Charles, the decor has no warmth and is way too modern . More like
a sterile OR!
I don't know if I could feel relaxed in that atmosphere.

Jean, we'll fix that with a couple of old Nonny's special martinis.
You, Ed, Erm and I will soon be showing off our dance steps. <grin>
