Default Las Vegas Casino Lines' cruise ship

Las Vegas Casino Lines' cruise ship Liquid Vegas has pulled into its dock at
Cruise Terminal 4 in Port Canaveral as the company prepares to start its
gambling cruises by the end of the month.

"We have some training to do with our employees, but we expect to be up and
running within a few weeks," said Larry Mullin, president and chief
executive officer of Las Vegas Casino Lines.

Mullin said the company has to be in strict compliance with security, Coast
Guard and casino regulations. As soon as every department gets approval by
various government entities, the ship will make its long-awaited -- and
several times delayed -- maiden gambling voyage.

The 300-foot-long Liquid Vegas will hold 800 passengers and 100 crew
members. It will run two three-hour cruises daily out of Port Canaveral and
also offer late-night and overnight cruises on the weekends.
A three hour tour. A three hour tour.

Some years ago, there were plans to run a gambling ship on the west
coast. I don't remember the details - it was either going to do trips
between LA and SF, or day trips out of a single port.

Does anyone remember details? I don't remember if they never got
    started, or failed quickly.

There's supposed to be a ship sailing out of Corpus Christi, but their
    website isn't up.
