I have used both a brick and mortar travel agency
and an online agency.
The brick and mortar agency, which was highly
recommended by friends ended up making off with my
deposit and failed to make our reservations.
The online agency has been very supportive,
helpful, and the pricing is very competitive. I am
willing to pay a few dollars more - just a few,
however, - for the ability to reach a real, live
person for support.
My recommendation: Find a travel agency you can
communicate with and work with and stick with them.
