Let's see, the deaf person will watch closed-captioned TV with the
sound off; use the telephone relay service system (paid for your phone
bill) with no voice; type into the pager with no phone needs; use sign
language without voices; oh the sound of pen writing back and forth
can be bearable......

telephone relay service system (paid for your phone bill) with no
voice (something need in restaurants with loud patrons); type into the
pager with no phone needs; use sign language without voices; oh the
sound of pen writing back and forth can be bearable......
