for major rennovation, June 1....bought out by Weston, new rooms will be
$250-400...no place for this senior!

Dude, I didn't think you and the cow actually went anywhere, LOL. We
got a great Priceline deal on the Courtyard on the FLL beach (formerly
Doubletree, I think) last weekend, which was a high-priced weekend for
FLL hotel rooms because of Spring Break.

I remember going there back in the early 60's. And it wasn't exactly
new then!

I believe it is the Sheraton Yankee Trader that is being closed for
renovations in June and will return as a Westin. The Sheraton Yankee
Clipper I believe is also going to be refurbished or whatever at a later
date.
