I guess we would need to go somewhere for lunch and hope the weather is
good enough to go to The Chocolate Bar.
I would love to see us go to Harold's and then on to the Chocolate Bar.

One does not have to go to New Jersey to shop at Trader Joe's. They are
a fairly widespread chain. There are five of them around here,
Washington, DC.

Budget yes... Gourmet... not even close. Trader Joe's isn't even remotely
close to Wegmans... It's Single A vs. Major League. Trader Joe's gets
maybe a 3 on the 1-10 scale. Weggies is a solid 10.

I think that not all Trader Joe's are the same quality. The one that is
close to us did not impress us at all, but I hear raves about T.J.s from
many people. The same is true with many stores, quality, selection
depend on the area the store is in.

To be honest I have no idea what month would be good for us, it depends
on many things out of our control.

Every Trader Joe's has the same selection. Much is house branded
packaged for the chain. That is why they have budget prices. In my
neighborhood we have an authentic "gourmet" market with unique and
quirky items, Rodman's. Several notches above Trader Joes's.
